Terms and Conditions

Valuemark Solutions: Terms and Conditions Service Activation and Payment Terms Prepaid Services: All services provided by Valuemark Solutions operate on a prepaid basis. Services will be activated upon receipt of full payment for the selected service period. Payment Due Date: Payments are due by the 1st of each month. To ensure uninterrupted service, please ensure that payments are received by this date. Service Suspension and Reconnection Non-Payment Suspension: If payment is not received by the 7th of the month, services will be suspended without further notice. Reconnection Fee: A reconnection fee of $25 USD will be applied to reactivate services after suspension due to non-payment. Services will be reinstated upon receipt of the outstanding payment and the reconnection fee. Service Termination Voluntary Termination: Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to Valuemark Solutions. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of prepaid services. Termination for Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, Valuemark Solutions reserves the right to terminate services permanently. Reactivation after termination will require a new service agreement and may be subject to additional fees. Refund Policy Payments for prepaid services are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service or for periods during which the service is unused. Service Modifications Valuemark Solutions reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Limitation of Liability Valuemark Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service period during which the claim arose. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Valuemark Solutions operates. Acceptance of Terms By engaging in services with Valuemark Solutions, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
